Which division should my child play in?

Click on "Divisions" on our home page for more information on which ages and grades are recommended for each division.

What days will my child practice and play?

Parents should plan on their children being available for practice and games on the following days of the week:

Instructional T-Ball - Saturday Morning

T-Ball - Saturday Morning

Boys Coach Pitch - Monday, Friday

Boys Minors and Juniors- Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Boys Intermediate and Seniors - Tuesday, Thursday

Boys Juniors - Monday, Wednesday

Boys Seniors - Tuesday, Thursday

Girls Coach Pitch - Tuesday, Thursday

Girls Minors - Tuesday, Thursday

Girls Majors - Monday, Wednesday

 

Parents of players in Minor Leagues and above should plan on occasional Saturday games to make up rain outs.

What time are games and practices?

Tee ball practices and games are Saturday morning.

Boys Coach Pitch are 5:00pm

All other divisions typically practice from 6:30-8:00. Games begin at 6:30 and end between 8:00 and 8:30.

When does the season begin and end?

Practices begin right after spring break, weather permitting. Games begin 2 weeks later and continue through approximately the third week of June.

What equipment do I need to provide for my player?

The league will provide a game jersey for each player. Boys will also receive hats while girls will receive colorful socks. 

Each child will need to provide his or her own ball glove and baseball/softball pants. Your team's coach should tell you what the preferred pant color for your team.

The league provides the required bats, balls, batting helmets, catchers equipment, etc. for each team. However, some parents opt to purchase individual equipment for their child and is allowed by the league. However, if providing your own bat please make sure it is a bat approved by Little League. Can I make installment payments for my registration fees?

Yes! new this year you can make installment payments on your credit or debit card. Click on the Register Now button on the home page and follow the registration instructions.

What is Quadtown?

Quadtown is an affiliation of local Little League organizations consisting of Lake Fenton, Fenton, Linden, Holly, and Hartland that allows for competition between Local Leagues when the number of teams is not adequate in a particular city or league. Lake Fenton competes in Quadtown in all divisions with the exception of tee ball and boys coach pitch. Teams competing in Quadtown can expect to travel to our neighboring cities for games. 

I don't want to register online. Can I mail in my registration forms?

Yes, click on the Registration Forms tab on our home page and print the required forms.

Are scholarships available for my child?

Requests for scholarships must be submitted IN WRITING via e-mail or regular mail and will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Your name will not be discussed when reviewing scholarship applications. Scholarships are limited to those in a hardship situation, i.e. unemployed, on reduced lunch plan, etc. If your scholarship request is approved you must pay $25 to cover uniform costs.
