Coaches
Thank you for volunteering to coach in the Laker’s Little league program. You will find this opportunity rewarding and your commitiment will be a valuable asset to the children in the Lake Fenton community.
As a coach, please review the Little League Baseball / Softball, Inc. rulebook as well as our local rules. It is the responsibility of coaches to know the rules so problems are eliminated and so players learn how to correcly play the game of either softball or baseball.
Additionally, as a coach, the league expects that all communication with your players and parents are conducted with respect and in a proper manner. Please do not use inappropriate language or actions. Your attitude, body language, and wisdom can all influence the players - please use good judgement. Remember, coaches are for guidance, setting good examples and creating a positive and enjoyable environment for the children.
THANK YOU FOR COACHING!!
